Disk crash?

Hi Gurus,

About two weeks ago my alpha (DEC 3000/400 + DU v3.2) started to
reboot after panic. In crash-data I find:

I think it is a disk failure, cause setId is always the same (/usr/local
in my case). But maybe somebody could say something hopefull ???
