OSI Query

We have an application, originally developed in Europe, which uses the OSI
stack. We are attempting to port that application to the DEC platform;
however, we've (so far) found nobody in DEC who can answer what, I think, are a
few simple questions. (We've also purchased the entire DECnet/OSI extended
product with the full doc set -- which has almost no useful information for our
developers who really do understand OSI but don't know squat about DECnet!)
Can any of you enlighten us?

1) What is the name of the device driver for xti connection-oriented network
    services?

2) What is the address format used in xti routines for Network Service Access
    Point (NSAP)?

3) What is the address format used in xti routines for Transport Service
    Access Point (TSAP) -- also commonly called TSEL?

Thanks- Richard
