Thanks go to Kurt Carlson for walking me through the solution. I ran the
/dev/MAKE_RAID_LUNS script for each device (/dev/rz[abcdef][1,10,19]) and
then newfs'ed them and go them online. The misunderstanding on my part
was the bit about hacking the kernel to recognize the LUN's... which is
what the HSZ40 docs seem to say you need to do.
