How to get rid of digital logo in XDM

Hi OSF managers,

I know for sure this one (or something similar) has been answered before, but somehow I can't seem to find the answer in the archives of the mailing list. So, my apologies to you all.

I'm currently installing an Alpha 2000, DU 3.2D-1. Right now I'm configuring Xdm. I manage to boot a X-terminal and I receive the Xdm login together with the digital logo. My boss wants me to replace it with a logo of our own. I found the 2 bmp files in /usr/lib/X11/xdm and replaced them with my own. Nevertheless, I still keep getting the digital stuff. Also the 2 bmp files are only related to the digital text above the Xdm-login and not to the background image with the Alpha AXP logo. And basically, that's what we would like to change.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this are greatly appreciated.
