SUMMARY: Date on leap year?

Seems like everyone but me knew about this. This is probably a result of
the fact that I was on vacation for the last three weeks and had for this
reason unsubscribed from this list during that time.

There are some patches which can be found in many places that deal with
this. Myself I used the http://www.service.digital.com/ web site to find
the patches. However, the /sbin/date binary is supposedly correct on versions
3.2c/d. Both my systems run 3.2c and both had a problem with February
29th, thus I have reasons to believe that something is funny here. The
/sys/BINARY/clock.o file is contained in all patches regardless of
OS version and requires a kernel rebuild after it the patch is applied.
