Problem with kernel for Open3D

I am in the process of getting a lab of dataless workstations
(AlphaStation 200 4/166 with ZLXp-E1 graphics cards) going. I have
loaded a fairly minimal D-UNIX 3.2c into the dataless environment,
plus Open3D v3.1 (the latest I have on CD). The problem comes when I
try to build a kernel for the clients: I get an error message saying

pci_option_data.c line 275 'DEC_TGA2' undefined.

Am I missing something? Any help welcomed.

Thanks

Richard

PS: I notice that the corresponding entry in the v3.2 Open3D code
uses a hard-coded value with a comment saying DEC_TGA2 - relevant?
