Problems with screend in DU 3.2d

I am having problems using screend on Digital Unix 3.2d. I have the
screend.conf file set up right, but when I run screend with a:

        "screend -L /var/log/screend.log"

my log messages look like either:

        ACCEPT: Not first frag, off 64
or
        REJECT: Not first frag, off 64

never giving the full information that supposed to be there.

I know it's doing the right thing, as running it in debug mode shows the
correct information to my screen (but still not the log file), but I would
like the correct information in the log file (it makes it easier to debug).

Has anyone else seen this? Is anyone else using screend?
