Filesystems and vdump

Sorry to ask such basic questions...

What is the easiest way to tell what my filesystems are on a DU3.2c box?

I am just starting to backup my AdvFS filesystems. I guess I use vdump.
What is the easiest way to make sure I backup the entire system? What
commands should I use to do my incremental backups. Is there a way to look
at what has been backed up?

I did this

vdump 0 /
vdump 0 /usr

and it looked like it backed up the root and /usr filesystems completely,
but I don't know how to tell for sure.

Should this stuff go into cron? What syntax?

Thanks for the basic tutorial!
