A few days ago I posted about some CAM_ERRORS I was getting:

 Subject: CAM_ERROR help

I came across the following errors on my console the other day
shortly after noticing the system going down for a few minutes
without actually rebooting. It's an alphastation 1000, with
one internal 2gb and an external 4gb hd.

 psiop_hardintr
 Bus reset detected
 acerint: overrun error; status=63
 ace1: input silo overflow
 cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
 Bus reset detected
 cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
 cam_logger: bus 0

Well, last night the drive went down, logins are missing their home
directories, etc. When I try to mount the drive now, all I get are
I/O errors. I can't seem to do wnaything over the bus to get the
drive back online. Can see it from scu:

scu> show edt
CAM Equipment Device Table (EDT) Information:

Bus: 0, Target: 1, Lun: 0, Device Type: Direct Access
Bus: 0, Target: 1, Lun: 1, Device Type: (not present)
    ...

# mount /dev/rz1c /a
/dev/rz1c on /a: Device busy

Somewhere I got a list of I/O error 60 (or thereabouts) for the drive.

Any ideas?
