A password protected tcp-wrapper for DU?

I'me shooting in the dark here!

Does anyone know of a product (public or other) that:

  - Offers a protective layer on top of the standard INETD ports (as a
    TCP-WRAPPER)
  - The protection would be done by allocation of passwords for a time period
    (the password expires)
  - Upon logon (copy), the user must supply the password allocated

Basically we need to allow someone to telnet, ftp, rcp or rlogin into a
system on an "ALLOW FOR A CERTAIN TIME WINDOW" basis!

Any comments and/or pointers are welcomed!
