[SUMMARY] os_mibs (ESNMP) in 3.2d-1

I asked about /usr/sbin/os_mibs core dumping on one of my test systems
but not the other after installing 3.2D-1. I got no replies at all,
but did see a question from Tom Murray <murray_at_reston.ans.net> on the
same subject a day later. I have figured out the problem. The system
with the problem was still running the "generic" kernel, while the
system that worked had a customized "doconfig" kernel. Turns out the
generic kernel doesn't have SNMP support built in. (Or I inadvertantly
built a kernel without SNMP support.)
