100 MBPS Ethernet: Only the DE500-XA?

My network services guy just handed me an Intel EtherExpress PCI card. I
told him that it probably wouldn't help in our Alphaserver 2100 4/200, but
I'd check. Am I SOL? Do we need to buy a DE500-XA, and upgrade from 3.2A to
3.2C or D? Are there any other ways to get to 100 MBPS?
