DISK QUOTA on Files

Hi

I need to implement diskquota on individual file so the file does not grow more
than a pre-defined limit. I don't really want to create a UNIX account to enforce disk quota on the file.

Is there any way to limit the size of a particular file, but not affect the rest of the system.

If this can't be done using DU, is there shareware that will allow me to do this?
