Non-Digital memory on Alphaserver 2100

Dear group,

I am very interested in experiences with non-Digital memory
on the alphaserver 2100. Third party is a lot cheaper and often
has a lifetime garantee.
Rumours e.g. say that the >= 256MB modules of Cammingtonn are not reliable
for this machine.
