Hello everyone,
During some quota repairs on our system (DEC server 3000 running
OSF/1 2.0) I found a strange error I have not been able to fix.
I have a quota associated with a UID but no user associated with the UID.
repquota /home2 |grep 435 (reports)
435 ++ 1994 1 1 5days 5 1 1 5days
quota 435 (reports)
Disk quotas for user (no account) (uid 435):
/home2 1994 1 1 5days 5 1 1 5days
How do I eliminate this quota and uid. It seems that the uid does not
exist anywhere else except in the quota tables.
