Q: Do we want to disable ^Z for users

Managers,

        Do we want to disable Control-Z for our users so that they don't
accidently spawn sub-processes without knowing they are. They are users
that come from a vms background where control-z would exit most applications?
What about Control-C? Would it be not-wise to remap that to Control Y? Is ther
anything we are not seeing that could possibly happen by doing these remaps?

        Would that be wise? What else is there to do?
