dead machine

hi there,

        I have an alpha 3000/400 which seems to do nothing when I turn on
the power. The front light comes on. Fans seems to be working and there is
light on the back of ethernet terminator, But the led's on the back does not
glow, nor does the monitor show anything. Any idea what could have happened?.
