once a month reboot as a cron job

I have a system I'd like to reboot the 3rd Sunday of every month at 9am.
I'd like to put it in as a cron job. Is there an easy way to do this?

Rebooting every Sunday at 9am seems pretty straight forward but narrowing
it down to the 3rd Sunday is a little trickier.

Anyone else ever done this?
