DEC 2000/300 keeps rebooting

I have a DEC 2000/300 (a.k.a. AXP 150, Jensen) which suddenly keeps
rebooting itself while in multi-user mode, at an indeterminate time. I can
boot it single user, but when I do certain things like netstat, it just
reboots.

Any ideas? Did my network card go wacky?
