where is hszterm utility???

I have been reliably informed that there exists a utility called hszterm. This should allow me to talk from the system to my hsz40 controllers rather than
hooking up a vt220.

Does anyone know where this utility is? I have searched the lpp CD's and the
base CD and the complimentary products CD.
