How good is Digital Unix Magazine?

Hello,

How good is Digital Unix Magazine? Is it actually informative, or is it
another propaganda arm for Digital to push their products and services?

I just received a note from them to get free issues, but their offer
is only valid in the U.S. Am I missing much?
