Can DECNet DTS use NTP as reference?

Hello,

I have to install DECNet V on one of your OSF/1^H^H^H^H^H DU V3.2B hosts
to run PolyCenter DECNet Manager. Unfortunately this will be the first
(and only) Phase V node in our network. (DECNet IV is only running on
VMS hosts.)

In order to get DECNet V running I have to setup a DTS server. Our DU
hosts already use XNTP to synchronize their clocks. Therefore, is
it possible to setup DTS to use XNTP? Or can I even setup DECNet to
use the local clock that are already synchronized using XNTP? Have
I missed a important RTFM? All I found is Phase IV -> Phase V migration
that does not help.

Thanks for time and consideration,
Achim
