Quiet disks to go internally in 250 4/266

Hi all,

We use our desktop machines (250 4/266 and 200 4/166) for compute
intensive batch processing when they are not being used interactively.

We have a problem that some of our jobs are memory intensive and cause
lot of paging.

We have a number of users (including me) who complain that their office
becomes unbareable when this happens due to the excessive noise of the RZ26L
drives.

Can anyone recommend a quiet third party 1Gbyte drive to replace these
disks? Noise and price ( we need about 10) are the main considerations.

Many thanks for any information.

Tim.
