OSF Managers

We recently purchased a DLT Tape backup unit for for DU 2100 4/275 system
running version 3.2. We are using the dump command to backup to our backup
device. We are unable to backup more then 4.2 GB per hour when the spec's are
for 10.8 GB per hour. The system has rz28 disks on it with 1.5 GB of memory.
To eliminate the backup unit we used the same commands to backup to /dev/null
and basically had the same result of 4.2 GB per hour with no users on the
system. The arguments to the dump command that we are using are:

0unbsdf 64 12500 4137733 /dev/nrmt0h /filesystem

Any suggestions or recommendations would greatly be appreciated. Also, if
anyone is obtaining greater then 10GB per hour we would like to know that it is
possible. Thanks in advance for you help!

James
