Dear Manager,
does anyone found a good pdf -> ps translator for OSF/1?
We tryed xpdf (version 0.4b) which does partially the job. However,
it does not uses all the fonts so the result is rather poor.
Aladdin Ghostscript 3.53 is able to read the PDF files, with the
correct fonts. There is also an application which should translate
the pdf files into postscript. However the program does not work.
When we tryed it it stops for an apparently postscript error.
Following the instruction of the README we posted the question
to the newsgrop comp.lang.postscript, posing the problem, but
no solution was proposed.
Does anyone solved the problem, or has some application which is able
to do the desired job?
