SUMMARY: vdump returns bytes-to-dump report +10x to large

Alan from DEC reports that vdump expands sparse files with the "appropriate
number" of nulls as it pulls them off the disk for backup. Although 'df -k
/' shows ~48Meg, 'du -sxk /' showed the 1.3gig that vdump reports. Guess I
will have to write some sort of exception into the 'sendsize' routine that
my dump manager runs (or see if I can get the gnutar stuff running in the
new Amanda release) Bleah.

Thanks to all.
