Console Problem

Hello, alpha OSF managers.

        I have a simple questions, sorry to all OSF gurus.

        I'm running OSF/1 V2.0 and have the following problem with an user.
(only for this user).

        When this user want to login in the console, the system not permiting
the access (only can acces from a terminal), but any other user can login from
the console without problems.

        Any help will be greatfully accepted.
