Time/Date

Hi everyone ,
I am running OSF/1 3.0 , and sometime ago, I changed the date so that the
system can take care of all the daylight time saving . However, as all the
other users had their TZ Var pointing to the right zone , the time is translated
correctly , except the syslogd and sys. logs files (eg. /var/adm/syslog.dated/...)

Any help would be appreciated ,
