.netrc errors

Hi,

     I am using a .netrc file file going from one OSF machine to another and
I am getting this error when I try to execute the FTP command.

Macro definition missing null line terminator.


Here is what the .netrc file looks like

machine xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
login account_name
password password_of_the_account
macdef init
prompt


It was working before.....
