I was looking in the files in /tcb/files/auth/?
and have seen entries that look something like this:

Can somebody please help me figure out how to read
"821811900" as a date/time ?? I can't find it in any
printed or on-line documentation.
We are running DU 3.2C (Rev. 148) on an
AlphaServer 1000 4/266. Thanks much !!
