Serial Port Device(s) Creation

Hi,

   I need to utilize both of the serial ports on an AlphaStation 200. I know
that I must 'MAKEDEV' on something but, on what.... I've tried 'std' and
'tty'; nope. In the 'cu' man pages, reference is made to '/dev/tty1' and
'dev'tty2' however, these device do not exist. I'm looking for the right
commands and devices. Any help would be appreciated.
