Q: Crashes

Hello.
        We have an AlphaServer 1000 4/266 (128Mb RAM, ~15Gb HDs ) with
running DU3.2D-1.And system periodically been crashing with full memory
 and kernel dumps. In system event log (uerf) we see messages:

In crash data collection file /var/adm/crash/crash-data.X and
/var/adm/messages file we recently found messages:

Jun 21 22:45:56 dbserv vmunix: WARNING: too many Processor corrected
errors detected on cpu 0. Reporting suspended.
Jun 21 22:45:56 dbserv vmunix: Machine Check error corrected by processor
 
Time exactly the same as entry in "uerf"-formatted event log file
EVENT CLASS ERROR EVENT
OS EVENT TYPE 100. CPU EXCEPTION
OCCURRED/LOGGED ON Fri Jun 21 22:45:56 1996

Also in crash-data.X error classified as Processor Machine Check (SCB:
670)

That's all.
Anyone have any ideas or similar problems?
