Logging mail

Hi managers

I have searched the archives but cannot find what I want.

Anyone know how to log a user's both incoming and outgoing email to a file?
I have looked at syslogd in man but can only see how to log mail daemon
messages not the mail message content itself, and again, not both incoming
and outgoing.

Any help much received.
