Firmware upgrade WITHOUT the CD ????

Greetings,

I want to move from DU 3.2c to DU4.0...
The firmware is at rev 3.2 (ACK!!!)

The firmware CD was not in the package/kit that I recieved.

I have downloaded the .sys .exe and btp files from ftp.digital.com...

How do I boot these files in order to run the upgrade ???
