Kernel error message

Hi,

We have an alpha 2100 running Digital Unix 3.2 and sometimes our kernel
displays the following message:

vmunix: fork/procdup: task_create failed. Code: 0x11

I have found no reference to kernel messages on the manuals. Does anyone
knows what is going on?
