My question was:

>I'm looking for a cam_data.c entry for an HP C1533A DDS-2 4mm drive.
>Does anyone out there have such an entry? I'd play myself, but my

>Also, I am wondering if there is a listing of cam_data.c entries for

>BTW, it's a DEC 3000/800 machine running OSF/1 3.0.

Well, it seems I like to make things harder than they should be!
All that was required was to create the appropriate device
files, like so:

        cd /dev
        ./MAKEDEV tzxx

where 'xx' is the appropriate SCSI ID. I admit, I should have tried
this first. Twenty lashes with a SCSI cable!

One person sent me a working Ultrix entry, which I did not try
out.

In response to the second half of my question, I did receive a few
entries for Exabyte drives, as well as information as to how to
get data from the HP drive itself. Thank you Eugene Chu!

A couple of people said that you can get the cam_data.c density information
from HP, perhaps even from their web page.

Many thanks for your replies:
