Hi
I know about the leap year problem, and how to solve it. But now, i have
a weird behavior on an AlphaServer 8400. Everytime we reboot the system,
it goes to the 2022 year !!. Is this a well known problem ? We use DU
3.2D-1 (Rev 41).
