TELNET PORTS

     HELLO ALL:
     
     We have a Digital Server 2100 4/275. The problem is that when users
     are trying to telnet to the server, they are getting the error that
     all the network ports are in use.
     
     If we log out of the sessions, it works fine. The problem is: How can
     we increase the ports on the system? We are running Digital Unix
     v3.2c.
