That was fast!!
A number of folks sent short scripts and the like. However, what I was
after (being used to the what I'd set up for Ultrix) came from
Tim W. Janes <janes_at_signal.dra.hmg.gb>.
Tim send the sources for dos2unix and unix2dos. I'll make them available,
together with binaries compiled under dUNIX v3.2 148.
