DU 4.0, passwordless logins?

Greetings.

We're currently running DU 3.2C, and we have a couple of "public" logins
without passwords (they basically just link users somewhere else). Under
3.2C, these logins give no password prompt at login time. However, soon
we will move to 4.0, with enhanced security turned on, where there is a
"Password:" prompt at login time even for logins without a password.

Is there any way to turn off the prompt for passwordless logins? No, it's
not a big deal, just a documentation headache, and "there MAY be a password
prompt" makes it sound like we don't know how the system works. Hmmmm, er,
well... :-)
