Help with crc files ??

Hi,

Hope any one can help me, I have just installed an Alpha 200 with OSF
and
Digital Firewall software. I wanted to add a static route, but the files
I changed
need to have a crc stamp before the system will use it.
What do I do.... And did i make my self clear ??
