NIC card not detected

I have an ALPHA AXP150 and am trying to network it to a Pentium.
I am using a DEC etherworks Turbo card. I've run the ECU configuration
for Win NT and it detects the card. When I run the netdiag program to
see if the card is functional, it can't run the program. Error I get is
that there is no card installed.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
