Q: 4.0 install on AStation 500 - Addendum

Hi,
It looks that i sent too few information about this problem. The
installation is on Digital AlphaStation 500 /266. The firmware
information is:

        SRM Console: V6.0-21
        ARC Console: 4.48
        PalCode: VMS PALcode V1.18-0, OSF PALcode V1.21-0
        SROM version: V1.7
Processor:
        DECchip 21164-5 Pass 4 266 MHz 96 Kbytes SCache
        2 MB BCache
        CIA ASIC Pass 2
Memory:
        128 MB

This installation is from CD-ROM, and the problem occurs after the disks
and VGA controller check (ZLXp-E - tga0).
