ubc_object_allocate?

We had a crash on our 2100A running DU 3.2D-2 last week (while I was away) - it
complained a few times about

        Warning: ubc_object_allocate: object not NULL:0xfffffc0007207580

(different pointer addresses after the NULL:), and then died:

        cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
        cam_logger: bus 0
        psiop_hardintr
        Bus reset detected

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Everything came back up and has been
happy since then...
