I received the E_BMT_NOT_EMPTY error when trying to
remove a volume (rz2c) from an AdvFS file domain.
I haven't received any suggestions or solutions on this
problem.
However, I did run the defragment command, and then
tried to remove *another* volume. This worked fine:
# rmvol /dev/rz1c usr_dmn
rmvol: Removing volume '/dev/rz1c' from domain 'usr_dmn'
rmvol: Removed volume '/dev/rz1c' from domain 'usr_dmn'
The usr_dmn has rz1 and rz2 in addition to other volumes.
When removing rz2 failed, it doesn't really matter in the
short run as I can use rz1 instead. So I'll take rz1 and make
it my new / and swap file systems after a repartition.
Perhaps removing the rz2 would have worked too after
the defragment, but I'm not going to test this.
