Dear Netland,
I inherited a new 2100 rackmount server with very little
documentation. I received it with a standard vga graphics card in an
eisa slot. I connected it to a MultiSync monitor and it goes crazy
after it starts the XDM display manager. The symptom is that the
login screen forms a small rectangle in the middle of the screen that
appears to not be syncing with the card. I have tried several
monitors and reloading the DU fresh onto the system. I suspect it is
a jumper or something. Has anyone seen this and what fixed it?
