I need to charge for printouts. And why not? Paper and ink cost money. And then there are
maintenance costs---printers are loaded with moving parts and tend to break down. I have examined our
printers, usage patterns, and maintenance fees and have come up with a per-page cost
Now, how do you actually start accounting for printouts?
Could you please provide any informations concerning above mentioned.
I have solaris 2.5 (sunos 5.5), running on sun machines.
