crontab sheduling

Hi folks,

I have a wierd thing, i setup my conrtab to do some stuff a 3:28 am and 6 am (basicly shutdown and restart my database, for the backup), and when i receive the notification about the job they start at 2:28 and 5 am, anybody can explain ?

this is some information:
Contab:
28 3 * * * /sbin/init.d/oracle stop
0 6 * * * /sbin/init.d/oracle start

date: (they show me the right time)
Tue Oct 29 07:40:58 GMT+0100 1996

and the output after the job was complete (only for the startup, look the time (5:00) ):

/sbin/init.d/oracle: starting up
startup oracle Database
