I was going over the tuning parameters document mentioned recently

and was wondering if the patches mentioned in it were free or do I need a
service contract to d/l these files. I did a search at their web and ftp
sites but had no luck finding them.
I was interested in the one for DU 3.2c. Is it purchaseable from DEC?
