Missing rdist binary in 3.2g

I recently upgraded one of our Alpha 2100 servers from 3.2c to 3.2g. One
of my fellow co-workers noticed that the rdist binary is missing on our
server. It is usually kept in /usr/bin. Did DEC forget to include this
binary on the CD?
